Bulk EPCs
If you go to our prices page, you will see that our one off EPC price starts at just £65 +VAT, but if you have more than one property you may require an EPC for each one.
We can offer bulk EPC deals for private landlords, estate agencies and companies undertaking ECO. We regularly undertake EPC work for large refurbishment projects, renewables projects, community heating schemes, and insulation projects. Some examples of our work include:
- Over 900 EPCs carried out as part of the Pollards Hill Regeneration project in Mitcham, South London. Over the course of 6 months, this ongoing project has involved surveying over 900 properties on this south London estate. The project plans to insulate all the properties with external insulation, as well as install new fitted kitchens and bathrooms in many of the properties.
- Around 3,000 EPCs in the greater Bristol area, as part of community heating schemes. This project involved completing thousands of EPCs in batches over a very short time period. Over the course of 1 week we were completing 1,000 EPCs from survey to lodging the report. As a company with many assessors on hand, we have the capacity to deal with these sorts of projects as well as deal with our normal day to day surveying work.
- ECO work across London – We worked closely with Network Energy over the course of 2 years to carry out surveys for hundreds of properties undergoing loft and cavity wall insulation. We gained praise for carrying out this work to a high standard whilst getting the job done on short notice and with little turnaround time.
- Multiple commercial EPC projects – We work closely with clients looking to bring all their building stock up to the latest EPC requirements. We have carried out dozens of commercial EPCs in batches for our clients in the Greater London Area.
We can produce bulk work on more than just EPC’s as well. We have undertaken bulk SAP, EPR, Part L, Air Conditioning, ECO Calculations and many other types of energy survey.
